Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate UI/UX Engineer to join our team and create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into seamless and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and prototyping user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an optimal user experience throughout the product journey.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Defining and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Staying updated with industry best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies to continually improve the user experience.
  • Advocating for user-centered design principles and ensuring that the end-users' needs are at the forefront of the design process.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and identifying opportunities for UI/UX improvements based on market trends and user feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer of 2 or more year, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and user-centered solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, solving complex design challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
